Cutback Bitumen, also known as liquid Bitumen, is capable of dissolving in solvents such as naphtha, gasoline and kerosene, white spirit and etc. The curing time depends on type of solvent while the viscosity depends on the amount.
The evaporation of the materials occurs after application to leave the remaining material similar in hardness to the original bitumen.
